CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME?
-Current turnaround time is 7-14days on most products plus shipping time. Shipping time is not guaranteed under ANY circumstances. I will post 'Cut Off' dates for Holidays such as Mother's Day, Christmas etc to allow a 2 week shipping window as the Post office is overwhelmed due to COVID-19 high online traffic. Note that any parcel with 'free shipping' available is sent regular lettermail (NO TRACKING). You can upgrade your shipping to a small package (CAN), expedited package (CAN) or tracked packet (USA/International) or expedited parcel (USA/International). Please get your orders in as soon as possible before a major Holiday! If you have any questions please message Sam prior to ordering! *Once a parcel is in the Post Office's hands it is out of my control! I'm so sorry we can't give accurate delivery times right now!!

-When my storefront Samantha Ann & Co. Home is open, you may use code SHOPPU to pick up your order at the Shop during open hours!
CAN I RUSH MY ORDER?
-Please check in with shop before ordering if you have a specific due date!
WHEN CAN I HEAR FROM YOU?
-Please note office hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm with limited response on Weekends! I try to unplug and step away from the studio during the weekends and holidays! You will get an automatic email from Etsy verifying I received your order, and another order from Etsy when it is dispatched! You can always message me through Etsy if you have any questions!

Shipping FAQ
Due to COVID-19 Canada Post is not guarenteeing any delivery timelines. Therefore its hard for me to say exactly when parcels will arrive! Please note smaller items that have 'free shipping' available are sent regular mail (no tracking) and can take up to 14 days to arrive. Any large parcels such as signs or trays or boxes will come with a tracking number! Any questions please message Sam!
